Salonpas Products

Did you resolve to start working out this year? Did that workout cause you to experience muscle and joint pain? What about all this cold weather- has it caused your arthritis to flare up? If you're like me, you're saying YES to all of the above. Well, guess what- I now have the answer to all that pain! Salonpas! I will honestly tell you that I swear by these products.

When it comes to pain relief, you'll try anything- right? Well, did you realize that those pills you're taking are causing many more problems for you? First of all, they take much longer to take effect, which means you're suffering more. Then, there's the fact that pills tend to have dangerous interactions with other medications. You must take pills every 6 to 8 hours. There are risks associated with overdosing and the pills go through your stomach and are filtered through your kidneys and liver. Plus, it takes much higher dosages in order to get pain under control.

When you're using topical pain relievers, such as Salonpas gels, sprays, and patches, they work at the site of the pain., The risk of interaction with other medications is very low. There's a much lower risk of overdosing and the medication does not travel through your bloodstream but is targeted to the site of pain. Let's take a look at these various products.

Salonpas Deep Relieving Gel

Salonpas Deep Relieving Gel is recommended for minor aches and pains associated with backache, stiff neck, joint pain, and sore muscles. You only need a very small, dime-sized amount for application. This gel is clear and non-greasy and is fast-acting and fast-absorbing. If you've never used this before, you will want to apply to a small area because some people (like my husband) do have an allergic reaction to it.

Salonpas Jet Spray

Salonpas Jet Spray is recommended for aches, pains, strains, and sprains. Simply spray it on and go. This works great for those who are on the go. It sprays on clear and dries quickly, so you don't have to worry about waiting for it to dry so that you can get going.

Salonpas Pain Patches

Salonpas Pain Relief Patch (bottom) is recommended for sore muscles, sprains, backache, and joint pain. Salonpas Pain Relieving Gel Patch is recommended for shoulder, upper back, and lower back pain. I also have used both types of patches on my knee pain and can sleep through the night when I'm having a flare up.

I love being able to find effective pain relief without potentially causing more problems for myself in the long run. Salonpas topical pain relief is definitely my "go-to" when I'm having muscle or joint pain. Now, I just need to find something that will relieve my headaches!
