For some time now, I've been looking for some software where I can create my own writing worksheets for my little guy. He visits once a month and we like to try to keep him in his school routine. Yes, we get his work from the teacher, but I like to be able to give him some extra writing practice.
With StartWrite 6.0, I can create customized worksheets just for this purpose! This particular version is only available for Windows at this time and is the easiest way to make customized handwriting worksheets for your students. This is great for parents who are homeschooling as well as teachers- or even those parents that just want to give their kids some extra practice (like me!). You can even add pictures/illustrations and change the colors of the letters!
Also, Startwrite 6.0 is bilingual, which makes it easy for Spanish-speaking students to practice handwriting in their native language, and for English-speaking students to be able to learn Spanish.
With StartWrite 6.0, you just type up your worksheets, print them, and let your students get their practice in!
I love StartWrite 6.0! It has given me the ability to create worksheets with my little guys name, the alphabet, sight words, or anything else that I choose. I love being able to make up worksheets especially for him!
